Additionally, Trisha addresses issues related to intimacy, sexuality, and relationship dynamics, and enjoys working with challenges related to parenting. Trisha is also skilled in working with personality disorders. She offers a compassionate and tailored approach to individuals with experiences aligning with personality disorders. Allison Wright, Director of Human Resources | she/her

Licensed Clinical Social Worker - In Person

Meet Allison, a therapist devoted to working with individual adults. Allison works well with those experiencing interpersonal relationship conflict, and folks who are new to therapy or have had poor past experiences in therapy. As it relates to relationships, Allison creates a warm space for exploration, healing, and growth for all relationship dynamics, including relationships that exist beyond the “traditional” norms. Additionally, Allison is adept at supporting individuals in elevating self-advocacy, boundary work, and communication skills. Allison's therapeutic practice is rooted in warmth, understanding, and commitment, and she is always welcoming of feedback.

Rachel Gernert, Clinical Director | she/her

Meet Rachel, a passionate therapist specializing in couples therapy, as well as individuals. Rachel enjoys helping couples navigate the complexities of infidelity, providing a supportive space for healing and rebuilding trust. In addition, Rachel offers guidance and exploration in premarital counseling. Whether you're preparing for marriage or seeking to strengthen your existing bond, Rachel is dedicated to helping all couples, including LGBTQIA+ and non-traditional relationship dynamics, build a foundation of understanding and resilience. A unique aspect of Rachel's practice is her love for supporting first responders in their therapeutic journey. Recognizing the unique challenges these heroes face, Rachel provides a space for them to address the specific stressors that come with their vital roles. Amanda Reiter | she/her

Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate -In Person

Meet Amanda, a compassionate therapist dedicated to facilitating meaningful change in relationships and change within the self. If you find yourself feeling stuck or navigating the challenges of anxiety, Amanda provides a supportive space for self-examination and growth. Amanda enjoys working with middle school-aged kids to individuals in their 30s and tailors her approach to honor the unique needs of each client. In addition to her broad range of expertise, Amanda has a focus in treating individuals 15 and up with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) symptoms. She employs evidence-based practices to help clients understand and manage their OCD, providing tools and strategies to reduce the impact of obsessions and compulsions on their daily lives. Amanda's goal is to empower clients to regain control and live a more balanced and peaceful life. 

Darcy Garcia | she/her

Meet Darcy, a compassionate therapist committed to supporting the well-being of children and adolescents, spanning ages 3 to 21. Darcy has a special affinity for working with tweens and clients with neurodivergence, creating an inclusive and understanding environment. Darcy is not only passionate about working directly with children but also welcomes the opportunity to collaborate with parents/caregivers in sessions. She values client insight and empowerment, working collaboratively to navigate life’s challenges. Using cognitive behavioral techniques alongside a person-centered and solution-focused approach, Kerry tailors each treatment plan to align with both short- and long-term goals. With a background in the military and first responder communities, Kerry brings a unique perspective to counseling. Specializing in trauma, posttraumatic stress, depression, and anxiety, she has a dedicated focus on first responders and veteran clients. Kerry’s own journey into counseling stemmed from recognizing the need for enhanced mental health care within these communities, and she considers it a privilege to support her clients in reaching their full potential and processing past trauma.

Kerry offers counseling for individual adolescents and adults, providing a compassionate space to help clients find their way through life’s struggles.

Having grown up on a family farm, Nicole brings a unique understanding of the joys and challenges rural communities and agricultural families face. In addition to her professional expertise, she draws on years of experience in school counseling and her role as a farm wife and mother, creating a compassionate and relatable approach to her work. With a warm and inviting presence, Nicole is committed to empowering clients to embrace resilience, cultivate hope, and build stronger connections with themselves and others. Grounded in faith and family, she believes in the power of relationships to foster healing and growth.

Victoria Brookhouser | she/her

Meet Victoria! Victoria is experienced in working with children and teens ages 5–18 and is excited to extend her support to adult clients as well. She takes a compassionate and collaborative approach, using problem-solving and solution-focused techniques alongside components of Gestalt and cognitive behavioral strategies to help clients challenge thought patterns and discover new ways forward. Victoria is passionate about supporting individuals facing anxiety, depression, and trauma-related challenges, including experiences of sexual abuse and child neglect. She finds great fulfillment in guiding clients through life transitions and helping those who feel overwhelmed by stress and worry but aren’t sure where to start. With her warm and empowering approach, Victoria helps clients break challenges into manageable steps, prioritize needs, and take meaningful action toward goals. She is dedicated to ensuring clients feel equipped with the tools and confidence to make progress at their own pace, even when the path ahead feels uncertain or overwhelming.

Jessa Angelastro | she/her

Whether helping clients navigate anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, grief, or relationship challenges, she offers a safe and affirming space for growth and healing. With a warm and collaborative style, Jessa tailors her approach to each client’s needs—drawing from evidence-based practices like play therapy, cognitive and trauma-focused techniques, and mindfulness. She is passionate about helping clients strengthen communication, better understand their emotions and behaviors, and build meaningful connections. As an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist, Jessa values creating an inclusive environment where all clients feel seen and supported. She offers both in-person and telehealth sessions, with play therapy available for younger clients in person. Whether guiding families toward deeper understanding, helping couples find balance, or supporting individuals through life’s challenges, Jessa is committed to walking alongside her clients with empathy and care.

Their  smile and warm nature set the tone for your  experience, putting you at ease and reassuring you that you're in a safe space. Beyond managing schedules and coordinating appointments with precision, they have a gift for making everyone feel seen, heard, and valued. With Bailey at the helm of our front desk, you can trust that you'll always be met with kindness, understanding, and unwavering support.

 Meet Shannan, our amazing office administrator at Moments Matter! Shannan brings a wealth of resourcefulness and positivity to our team, ensuring that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly and efficiently. From organizing schedules to assisting clients with a warm and welcoming attitude, Shannan creates a supportive environment that makes everyone feel at ease. Shannan’s kind and helpful nature shines through in every interaction, whether she's problem-solving on the spot, answering questions with patience, or lending a hand to team members. Her ability to manage details with care and a smile has quickly made them an indispensable part of the Moments Matter. We’re so lucky to have Shannan’s energy, dedication, and professionalism helping to create a space where clients feel valued and supported.
