Trisha provides a unique and understanding space for men to explore their experiences, relationships, and personal growth. Additionally, Trisha addresses issues related to intimacy, sexuality, and relationship dynamics, and enjoys working with challenges related to parenting. Trisha is also skilled in working with personality disorders. She offers a compassionate and tailored approach to individuals with experiences aligning with personality disorders. Toria Jenks | she/her

Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate - Virtual

 Meet Toria! Toria is a compassionate therapist who works with kids (ages 10+), teens, and adults. She offers a supportive, nonjudgmental space for clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and neurodivergence (including ADHD and autism). Rooted in a person-centered approach, Toria tailors therapy to each client’s unique needs while integrating CBT, DBT, and mindfulness techniques. She also has training in substance use and is dedicated to supporting individuals and families facing addiction. With warmth and collaboration, Toria helps clients build coping skills, deepen self-understanding, and create meaningful change. She believes therapy is a partnership and feels honored to walk alongside clients on their path to growth and healing.

Sarah Miller | she/her

Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate - In Person & Virtual

Meet Sarah! Sarah is a dedicated therapist who enjoys working with children and adolescents ages 4–21 and is excited to expand to adult clients. She uses a variety of skills to help develop a personalized approach for each person she works with. When working with adolescents, she takes a team approach to ensure caregivers can collaborate and feel supported. Sarah uses person-centered and cognitive-behavioral approaches and is trained in trauma therapy to help adolescents who have experienced sexual abuse, problematic sexual behaviors, and other forms of abuse and neglect. She also has specialized training in supporting individuals navigating fertility challenges, offering a compassionate and informed space during an often difficult journey. Using a variety of creative methods to keep sessions flowing and engaging, Sarah is ready to support YOU with your goals and needs!  

Dr. Nicole Cox | she/her

Say Hello to Nicole! Nicole is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and holds a Ph.D. in Counseling & Psychological Studies with a concentration in grief and trauma. With a deep passion for supporting individuals and families, Nicole strongly advocates for those navigating mental health challenges and seeking to improve their mental fitness. Having grown up on a family farm, Nicole brings a unique understanding of the joys and challenges rural communities and agricultural families face. In addition to her professional expertise, she draws on years of experience in school counseling and her role as a farm wife and mother, creating a compassionate and relatable approach to her work. With a warm and inviting presence, Nicole is committed to empowering clients to embrace resilience, cultivate hope, and build stronger connections with themselves and others. Grounded in faith and family, she believes in the power of relationships to foster healing and growth.

Meet Rachel, a passionate therapist specializing in couples therapy, as well as individuals. Rachel enjoys helping couples navigate the complexities of infidelity, providing a supportive space for healing and rebuilding trust. In addition, Rachel offers guidance and exploration in premarital counseling. Whether you're preparing for marriage or seeking to strengthen your existing bond, Rachel is dedicated to helping all couples, including LGBTQIA+ and non-traditional relationship dynamics, build a foundation of understanding and resilience. A unique aspect of Rachel's practice is her love for supporting first responders in their therapeutic journey. Recognizing the unique challenges these heroes face, Rachel provides a space for them to address the specific stressors that come with their vital roles. With five years of experience supporting young people and their families, Mia creates a welcoming space where kids feel safe to express themselves, explore their emotions, and build skills to navigate life’s challenges. Mia is certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) into her approach, tailoring evidence-based strategies to each child’s unique needs. Whether through creative outlets like art and storytelling or structured skill-building, Mia empowers her clients to develop emotional regulation, resilience, and healthy coping strategies. Believing in the importance of connection, Mia collaborates closely with families to foster trust and strengthen relationships. She’s dedicated to helping children and teens discover their strengths, reframe negative thoughts, and find balance as they grow. Serena Gavette | she/her

Office Manager

Say Hello to Serena! At Moments Matter Therapy, she helps keep the office running smoothly behind the scenes. With a strong background in behavioral health operations and customer service, Serena brings years of experience supporting both clients and clinicians in a variety of roles. Her previous experience as an Operations and Practice Manager at an outpatient behavioral health practice enabled her to oversee daily office functions, including scheduling, billing, insurance claims, and patient support, while fostering a positive, organized environment. At Moments Matter Therapy, Serena assists with everything from scheduling and billing to improving day-to-day operations, always working to ensure the best possible experience for everyone who walks through the door. She hopes clients feel welcomed, safe, and confident that they are in a place where people truly care and want to help. Serena looks forward to supporting you during your time with the practice and helping make each visit as smooth and comfortable as possible. 

Diana Jackson | she/her

Receptionist

Meet Diana, one of the friendly faces at Moments Matter Therapy. As part of the front office team, Diana helps create a welcoming and supportive environment by greeting clients, assisting with scheduling, and ensuring each person feels cared for from the moment they arrive. With a background that includes serving the military and years of experience in customer support, along with education in medical assisting, billing and coding, and health management, Diana brings both professionalism and compassion to her role. She values the opportunity to interact with clients each day and believes that a warm greeting can make a meaningful difference in someone’s experience. Diana hopes every client feels welcomed, at peace, and supported when they walk through the door. She looks forward to meeting you when you come into the office and helping you feel comfortable from the very start.

Kilee Johnson | she/her

Administrative Assistant

Meet Kilee! She serves as an administrative assistant at Moments Matter Therapy, supporting the team with day-to-day operations and maintaining an organized, efficient environment. Kilee brings administrative experience through her work supporting office functions and leadership experience as president of her school’s honor society. She enjoys being part of a space where she can learn from those around her and contribute to a supportive atmosphere for both staff and clients. Kilee hopes that everyone who walks into the office feels welcomed, comfortable, and at ease from the moment they arrive, and she values the opportunity to support both clients and clinicians by helping the office run smoothly while continuing to learn, grow, and connect with others.
