My passion as a therapist is to help you become more knowledgeable and aware of yourself to allow you to gain more agency in your life. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults with a variety of stressors. I strive to provide a safe space and hold unconditional positive regard toward each client.

Hi! I'm originally from California but moved to North Carolina 4 years ago to be closer to my daughter and her family. My husband and I have been married for 39 years, we have 3 daughters and 5 grandchildren. I was a florist for 15 years and love to do crafts. I look forward to this new adventure as office manager.
